From marathons, walk-a-thons, bike-a-thons and concerts to services and ceremonies, Niagara Parks is proud to host hundreds of special events and community events on each year. Please fill out the form below to apply to host your special event at Niagara Parks. Before completing the form, please review the Niagara Parks Special Event Application Process for additional information and venue rental fees.

  • Insurance & General Release

  • A Certificate of liability insurance is required for all events. An original certificate must be forwarded, naming the Niagara Parks Commission as additionally insured, with a cross-liability clause in the amount of $5,000,000 or as set by the Commission.

    A general release of liability form must be signed by an executive with signing privileges for your organization and on-file with our office before confirmation will be granted.

    A certificate of liability insurance may be arranged by the Niagara Parks Commission for qualifying users. (Payment in full for the applicable premium and provincial taxes must be remitted or coverage will not be placed in full force and effect).
