Niagara Falls, ON – The Niagara Falls Illumination Board will be illuminating Niagara Falls in gold on October 24th from 10:00 to 10:15 p.m. in celebration of Diwali.
Diwali, the Festival of Lights, is one of the most popular festivals of the Hindu religion and is widely celebrated across the world. Diwali symbolizes the spiritual “victory of light over
darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance.” The Indian festival is a celebration that typically lasts five days and takes place usually mid-October to mid-November every
year.
