Niagara Falls, ON – The Niagara Icewine Festival and Niagara Parks are thrilled to announce that the Cool As Ice Gala, formerly the Niagara Icewine Gala, will be returning to the Niagara Parks Power Station on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 7 p.m.

A highlight of Niagara’s renowned Icewine Festival, this unforgettable all-inclusive evening will dazzle guests with premium Icewine pours from Niagara’s top wineries, onsite mixologists preparing craft Icewine cocktails and mocktails, local culinary delights from some of the region’s best restaurants, a live orchestra and DJ, dancing and immersive performances.

Guests will enjoy after-hours access to one of Niagara’s most buzzed-about new attractions, including the glass-enclosed elevator that brings guests 180 feet to the Tunnel, the original tailrace tunnel built in 1905 that leads to an all-new viewing platform at the base of the Falls. The grand generator hall floor of the historic power station will be transformed into the ultimate event venue, complete with gourmet food and wine stations and photo backdrops around every corner.

The Cool As Ice Gala features 25 participating VQA wineries from Niagara-on-the-Lake to the Niagara Benchlands, culinary partners including Dispatch Restaurant, Bolete, Tide & Vine Oyster House, Niagara Parks Culinary and more, as well as a spectacular Icewine Cocktail Bar. Location:        Niagara Parks Power Station, 7005 Niagara Parkway, Niagara Falls
Dress Code:   Winter Formal. In true Icewine Festival style, the power station’s stony walls keep the space quite cool and the Tunnel at the Niagara Parks Power Station’s temperature reaches temperatures below 60° F / 15° C. Guests are encouraged to bring wraps, scarves and suit jackets, as needed.
