Niagara Falls, ON – As the autumn days grow shorter, the 76th annual Chrysanthemum Show at the Niagara Parks Floral Showhouse is now reaching its peak, offering visitors a picture-perfect backdrop of vibrant fall colours, cascading from every corner of its showrooms.
This year’s show design features Niagara Parks’ exquisite Exhibition Chrysanthemum crop and stunning arrangements to celebrate the fall harvest, including Kale, Millet, Ornamental Peppers, Beets and Amaranthus, as well as an eye-catching Pumpkin Tree display, located in the centre greenhouse.
Considered by many to be one of Niagara Parks’ most spectacular seasonal displays, the beloved “Mum Show” also holds the title of Niagara Parks’ longest-running exhibit, with its first showing dating back to November 1946.
Following the Chrysanthemum Display, the Niagara Parks Horticulture team will transform the greenhouses into the annual Poinsettia Display, which opens on November 19. Open year-round, the Niagara Parks Floral Showhouse offers six annual displays.
