Soil Superheroes Exhibit Open Daily at Niagara Parks Butterfly Conservatory

Soil Superheroes is a new interactive exhibit that explores the secrets of soil science and conservation, created by the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum. To learn more about this family-friendly educational exhibit, included with admission into the Niagara Parks Butterfly Conservatory, please visit niagaraparks.com/soilsuperheroes.

‘Little Inventors’ Workshops Return to the Niagara Parks Power Station

Niagara’s new must-see attraction, the Niagara Parks Power Station, is ready to spark inspiration and wonder in its youngest visitors. Back by popular demand, the ‘Little Inventors’ children’s workshops will return on February 18 and 19 from 1 – 3 p.m. for children ages 6 – 12 to explore. The workshop is included with admission into the Niagara Parks Power Station.

Children will enjoy activities designed to inspire young minds to explore their curiosity and creativity through science, technology, engineering and mathematics. For more information, please visit niagaraparks.com/powerstation.

Enjoy a Valentine’s Day Dinner with a View at a Niagara Parks Restaurant

40th Annual Winter Festival of Lights Wraps up February 20

Featuring over three million sparkling lights as part of the 40th Annual Niagara Falls Winter Festival of Lights, Queen Victoria Park is bursting with stunning lighting displays for guests to explore as part of Canada’s largest free outdoor light festival, which has been extended until February 20, 2023. Special Niagara Falls Illuminations

Daily through February 20 – “Sparkling Winter Lights” Falls Illumination

Enjoy the five-minute “Sparkling Winter Lights” display presented by Niagara Falls Tourism, taking place at the top of each hour from 6 – 8 p.m., until February 20. This all-new illumination display was created in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Winter Festival of Lights, featuring the subtle and sometimes harsh movements inspired by winter in the north. From gentle snowfalls to the aurora borealis gliding over snowy tundra, to blizzards and the frosted falls; winter’s spectacle is exciting and magical.

February 14 – Valentine’s Day Falls Illumination

The nightly illumination of the Falls is a stunning spectacle any time of year, but the winter conditions always add an extra layer of sparkle to the landscape with the colours reflecting off the ice and snow. Those visiting Niagara Parks on February 14 can enjoy a special red and pink illumination at the top of each hour from 6 – 11 p.m.
