Memorandum of Understanding
The Memorandum of Understanding between The Niagara Parks Commission and the Ontario Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport is available in both English and French below. Its purpose is to set out the framework for accountability and the working relationship between the Minister, the Chair, the Board of Directors, the Deputy Minister and the CEO. It will ensure that appropriate and adequate administrative, accountability, financial and reporting provisions are in place between the Minister of Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries and The Niagara Parks Commission.
