While Niagara Falls itself is always open for viewing, each Niagara Parks attraction, restaurant and shop has its own hours of operation throughout the year. For detailed seasonal information, please see our hours of operation.

Our seasonal attraction packages combine popular attractions so can experience the very best of Niagara Parks every season. Our packages are bundled to offer significant savings.

Available during the Spring and Summer, these Passes bundle one-time admission to top Niagara Parks attractions, access to the WEGO bus system for two consecutive days, and our Falls Pass and Adventure Pass Plus also include two consecutive days of unlimited access to the Falls Incline Railway.

Admission tickets and attraction packages purchased from our website can be picked up/redeemed by presenting your order confirmation on your phone/mobile device at any available Niagara Parks attraction. You can also present a printed copy of your order confirmation if preferred.

You’ll receive a Niagara Parks map and scan card loaded with your attraction admissions and coupons upon redeeming your purchase.

For experiences that include a specific show time, such as the Power Pass, Niagara Parks Power Station Guided Tours, and the Currents Sound and Light show, you will be prompted to choose a date and time during checkout for those specific experiences only.

Validity dates vary by individual ticket/Pass, to check the validity dates of your order please refer to the Instructions section of your e-ticket. Validity dates for attraction tickets and Passes are also noted for each attraction/Pass in our Online Store.

Yes! Individual tickets for most attractions can be purchased at any Niagara Parks Welcome Centre or attraction. Individual attraction tickets can also be purchased on our website.

Pets are permitted in any public, outdoor park space, however only service animals are permitted inside Niagara Parks attractions. We kindly ask that all animals be kept on a leash and in the owner's control at all times.

Niagara Parks is located in Niagara Falls, Canada. The attractions included in the pass are valid only on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls.

Major parking lots in Niagara Parks are either gated or metered. Daily parking passes are available to add on to your online purchase for $31.50 + HST. Daily parking passes cover parking and re-entry at almost all major lots for one calendar day. For a full list of Niagara Parks parking lots and their locations please visit Getting Around.

There are also a number of small, free parking locations in the north and south end of Niagara Parks.

No, overnight parking is not available at Niagara Parks.

Annual Parking Passes are available for Ontario residents and can be purchased online.

Passes will be mailed out within two weeks of purchase!

The Falls Illumination happens every night beginning at dusk. Please see our Falls Illumination page for a full schedule, including special illumination dates.

Admission fares and fees are waived across all Niagara Parks attractions and transportation systems for accessibility support persons accompanying a person with a disability.

Guests with an Accessible Parking Permit are required to pay if they wish to park at a paid Niagara Parks parking lot. With an original parking receipt, guests with an Accessible Parking Permit can re-park for free, on the same day, at any paid Niagara Parks parking lot.

Several hotels in Niagara Falls have purchased their own scooters and/or have wheelchairs available to loan to guests. There are also a number of local wheelchair rental options available, to view these options please see our Accessibility FAQ’s.

We have a limited number of wheelchairs available for loan at Table Rock Welcome Centre. There is also one wheelchair available at the Butterfly Conservatory and Floral Showhouse. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved. Since there is a limited number of wheelchairs available, you may wish to bring your own wheelchair or scooter.
